Let me introduce myself:


You've probably heard the old adage that if you want a job done well, give it to a busy person. If you are selling or buying real estate in Governors Club, I, Ginny Berg, am that person.

My family moved to the Chapel Hill area 17 years ago and we have lived at Governors Club for 15 years. I am serving, or have served, on the boards of Chatham County Partnership for Children, Operation New Life, The Public School Foundation, the Ackland Art Museum Guild and our Architectual Review Board..

My six years as principal of Frank Porter Graham Elementary School in Chapel Hill, and my civic activities, have impressed upon me what a truly wonderful place this is to live.
